Premium Luster Photo Paper Poster

I was fairly astonished and disappointed with the outcome of my purchase. Although the material that the artwork came on was good quality, the drawing itself on the poster looked nothing as I would have expected. It was able to capture the drawing and each of the pixels very well, yet mine came with little to none of the colors that the drawing displayed. It also canceled most of smaller details that were originally in the piece with what looked like a photo flash, which immensely exaggerated the white colors on the poster. If I knew that the colors in the drawing didn't work well with the photocopy system that Pixilart has, I would have chosen a different drawing. Unfortunately, there was no way to really tell without a way to preview it until the outcome was already made. Despite this, the overall quality of the material is great. I would gladly purchase again if these issues were to be fixed. Thank you!
