Due to the fact that the Blue's Diner badge refuses to work, I have made a filler contest to make up for it.
This contest is essentially the same as the contests from beforehand. Draw the character shown in order to earn it if you get first place.
Don't break TOS, be respectful to other members, etc...
Make sure you want the character before entering. You are allowed to change it's design, but be sure that you are willing to hold the character.
Once one wins the adoptable, the adoptable is allowed to be given to someone by the owner or held for 'earning' in another contest made by the owner. Just be sure to let me know so I can attach the new owner to the character or attach the link of the contest to the character. Don't want to cause any confusion.
Bases are allowed, but be sure to specify that you used a base in the comments or description.
